Best Friends Day: Spotlight on The Good Hype

With more than 2.6 million followers on TikTok, @TheGoodHype siblings Brookelynn and Brayden are experts at showing the world why dogs are mankind's best friend. That's why we're highlighting them for National Best Friends Day! We let them tell us, in their own words, how they got started on TikTok, how their world revolves around their dogs, and why they chose We Feed Raw for their pups.

The Good Hype, in Their Own Words

"My brother and I started making videos with our dogs during Covid, and ever since it's been a lot of fun keeping a video diary with them and looking back at all the memories made.

Our dogs are our best friends, and experiencing life with them is one of the greatest privileges we could ask for. When we go out and do things, it is always better when our furry best friends are with us, and when we go places that don’t allow them, we always talk about how it would be better with dogs, which is why we plan our weekends around where we can take our dogs.

We even plan our vacations around what activities they like doing and which destinations are dog-friendly, because we’d like them to come with us, obviously! There’s something about watching your dog having the best time that makes life so much better.

We love feeding our dogs We Feed Raw because we want to give our dogs high-quality food so that they will live a long and healthy life. We believe that it is important to stay active and that to do that, we all need a healthy diet.

We know that most people take great care in selecting the food they feed their families. We do the same for our furry friends, which is probably where the term 'Dog Mom' came from. For a lot of people, their pets are their kids to a certain extent, which is why we think that people are starting to care a lot more about the quality of the food they give their dogs.  

How the food for our dogs is sourced is so important to us. Our dogs need the best nutrition out there to stay in tip-top shape for both the show pen and for outdoor adventures. Our dogs really reflect what’s put in their body through their energy levels, coat, and general health, so it’s really important to pay attention to what they’re eating.

We’ve personally seen the amazing benefits of the We Feed Raw recipes in our dogs and have been amazed by the transformations our rescue dogs went through when getting the proper nutrition. Our dogs used to be so picky with their food, but since switching to raw, their favorite time of the day is mealtime.

We’ve never had one of our personal or foster dogs turn down We Feed Raw; they all crave it. Our dogs no longer have the skin and stomach issues they used to have on other foods, and I fully credit that to their diet. 

Any Raw-Feeding Tips?

Our best tip for feeding raw would have to be that you don’t have to feed 100% to see the benefits; we feed 50% raw, and we’ve seen amazing benefits! Also, we love feeding multiple protein sources, as they love eating more than one type of meat, and their favorite would have to be the venison recipe."
